Garlic Prawns with Mint, Pear and mixed leaf salad 







Ingredients: 

Prawns
Pear
Mint Leaves
Mixed Leaves



Method

Season prawns with garlic granulate making sure both sides are lightly covered.
Place prawns in a hot frying allowing it cook for 2 minutes on both sides.

Serves on piping hot.


Method

Slice Pear into chunks making sure the core of the fruit has been removed.
Wash and slice mint leaf into small pieces
Wash and place mixed leaves into a salad 


 Serve and decorate to desired taste.
