Lemon & Herb Whiting Fish with Pasta and Vegetables



Ingredients

 Lemon Juice
Pasta
Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Mixed Herb Seasoning


Method

Drizzle lemon juice on both sides of the fish.
Sprinkle desired amount of mixed herb seasoning on both sides of of fish.
Rub fish all over until both sides are covered.
Place some tin foil in the bottom of a Pyrex dish.
Spray foil with fry-lite oil.
Lay fish into foil and wrap up making sure the fish is completely covered.
Put into a pre heated oven of 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve once fish is a clear white and cooked all the way through.


Method

Pour Pasta into a pot of boiling water
Leave to cook for 20 minutes
Once pasta is cooked to desired taste drain off the water before serving.


Method

Pour Frozen vegetables into a pan of boiling hot water.
Allow it cook for 15 minutes

Serve once soft and chewy.
