Jerk Chicken With Rosemary Potatoes






Ingredients:

Potatoes
Jerk Seasoning
Chicken Drumsticks
Rosemary Seasoning


Method:

-Preheat oven to 180°F
- Remove skin from chicken drumsticks
- Rub Jerk seasoning over the chicken drumsticks until all are completely covered
- Place the chicken into a dish and then put in the oven for approximately 40 mins 
- Serve once chicken is golden brown  



 


Method
* Cut up several baking potatoes in half
* Slide into a pot of boiling water
* Once potatoes are beginning to soften up drain off water from the pot.
* Spread the potatoes in a dish and rub with Rosemary seasoning
* Place the dish into hot oven at 180°F for approximately 40 mins
* Serve once brown and crispy
