Minted Beef With White Rice
Minted Beef & Rosemary with white Rice
Ingredients
Diced Beef
Mint seasoning
Rosemary seasoning
White rice
Method
Wash white rice in cold water, Once drained off pour into a pot of boiling water
Leave to boil highest temperature until the water starts bubbling.
Once water starts bubbling turn down the temperature to the lowest point and leave to simmer
Rice should cook in approximately 20 minutes
Serve Rice once all the water in the pot has evaporated and the rice is soft.
Method
Pour diced beef pieces into a container
Apply a Tablespoon of Rosemary seasoning to the beef, Followed by a Tablespoon of Mint seasoning.
Rub the meat all over until both sides are fully covered in seasoning.
Allow pan to heat up for 2 minutes
Place beef into a pan, letting it brown on each side for 2 minutes
Once meat has browned on both sides pour gravy into the pan.
Cover the pan and allow the meat to cook for a further 25 minutes
Serve once meat is soft and tender.
