Sweet Chili Salmon With Cajun Fries



Sweet Chili Salomon With Sweet Potato Cajun Fries 


  



Ingredients
                                                                    
  1.   Sweet Chili Sauce
  2.   Sweet Potatoes
  3.   Cajun Seasoning
  4.   Lemon Juice  
  5.  Chive Seasoning
    6. Salmon Fillets

                                                               Method

  1.  Place Salmon Into bowl and sprinkle with chive seasoning. 
  2. Glaze with Sweet Chili Sauce also adding 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to it. 
  3. Leave to marinate for 25 Min's in the fridge
  4. Heat up the oven prior to use 
  5. Place in a cooking dish with the Salmon skin down 
  6. Leave to Cook for 25 mins in the oven at 180 degrees
  7. Serve once cooked all the way through                                                                                                      
                                                                  Method
  1.   Cut Sweet Potatoes into chunks
  2.   Place portions into a pan of boiling water for approximately 15 minutes 
  3.  Remove Sweet Potatoes from the pan once soft in the middle 
  4.  Apply Cajun seasoning to the fries
  5.  Pour a tablespoon of Olive oil into a cooking dish
  6.  Slide fries into cooking dish
  7. Set the oven to 180 degrees 
  8. Leave fries cooking until nice and soft should take approximately 45 mins 
  9. Serve once hot
