Sweet Chili Salomon With Sweet Potato Cajun Fries

Method
- Place Salmon Into bowl and sprinkle with chive seasoning.
- Glaze with Sweet Chili Sauce also adding 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to it.
- Leave to marinate for 25 Min's in the fridge
- Heat up the oven prior to use
- Place in a cooking dish with the Salmon skin down
- Leave to Cook for 25 mins in the oven at 180 degrees
- Serve once cooked all the way through
- Cut Sweet Potatoes into chunks
- Place portions into a pan of boiling water for approximately 15 minutes
- Remove Sweet Potatoes from the pan once soft in the middle
- Apply Cajun seasoning to the fries
- Pour a tablespoon of Olive oil into a cooking dish
- Slide fries into cooking dish
- Set the oven to 180 degrees
- Leave fries cooking until nice and soft should take approximately 45 mins
- Serve once hot
