Salt & Pepper Steak with Jerk Wedges


* Place portions of steak into a bowl
* Apply grinded salt and pepper to the meat by rubbing it all over until both sides are fully covered
* Pour a tablespoon of olive oil into frying pan
* Allow pan to heat up for 2 minutes
* Lay steak in pan allowing it cook for 2 minutes on both sides
* Serve once pink in the middle and brown on the top.

* Cut up several baking potatoes into the shape of wedges
* Slide into a pot of boiling water
* Once potatoes are beginning to soften up drain off water from pot.
* Spread the wedges in a dish and rub with Jerk seasoning
* Place the dish into hot oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 mins
* Serve once brown and crispy
