                                                                    Ingredients

  1.   2 chicken breast
  2.   2 cups flour
  3.   2 tsp chili powder
  4.   1 tsp garlic powder
  5.   1 tsp onion powder
  6.   1 tsp oregano
  7.   1 tsp sea salt
  8.   1 tsp pepper
  9.   1 tsp lemon pepper
  10.   1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  11.   1/4 cup butter 

                                                               Method

  1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes and dredge in the flour. Let rest for 10 minutes to become tacky.
  2. Mix remaining dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Deep-fry chicken at 350°F for 4 minutes. Once all chicken is done, melt butter and purchase into a large bowl. Add cooked chicken and mix to coat chicken in the butter. Now add the spice mixture and mix well.
  4. Serve with Blue cheese dressing and chips.
